These terms are the rules for using PDFGuild (pdfguild.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
PDFGuild offers free tools that work on PDF files inside your web browser, such as making them smaller or changing their page size. No account is needed. We may change, add or remove tools and features at any time.
Your files
- Your files stay yours. They are processed on your own device and never sent to us.
- Only use files you have the right to use.
- Keep your original file until you have checked the new copy.
Fair use
Do not use PDFGuild to break the law, and do not try to harm the site, copy it, or get in the way of other people using it.
No guarantee
PDFGuild is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that every file will get smaller or fit a size you choose, that the result will suit every purpose, or that the site will always be available.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, PDFGuild is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, including lost data, lost profits or indirect losses. Because your files never reach us, keeping copies of them is up to you.
Ads and other websites
The site may show ads and link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or services.
Our name and content
The PDFGuild name and logo, the design of this site and the code we wrote belong to Vemulapalli Rajkumar, who runs PDFGuild. Please do not copy them or present the site as your own. Fonts, icons and the open-source code our PDF engines are built on are used under their own open licences (the Rust crates in our engines and their licences).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
